Seven years of hatha and kundalini yoga, sound meditation and reiki in Lamai. Today the studio runs on a private and online format — carrying forward the events that became part of the island's story.
Seven years on the island built more than recognition — it built a ready-made structure for working here.
An equipped 80+ sqm space in Lamai: practice hall, kitchen, bathroom and a rooftop terrace.
A Thai company that carries the legal right to live and work in Thailand.
An active operating licence, able to support two Work Permits.
The right to sign agreements and collaborate with other island businesses — hotels included.
The name is a yin-yang: a black cat and a white cat, two sides of one whole. The practice here follows the same idea — a balance of movement and stillness, discipline and softness.
We started as a small room for morning classes and grew, over seven years, into a space people come back to: travellers who stayed on Samui longer than planned, and islanders for whom the studio became part of their week.
There's no group schedule today — but the studio is still very much alive, through private lessons, online sessions, and an events history that remains part of its reputation.
No group classes at the moment — but the studio is open for one-on-one work, in the room or from wherever you are.
Hatha, yin, flow and therapeutic yoga, in person or online, matched to your level and schedule.
Currently online only, taught privately by the studio's founding teacher.
Private in-studio sound healing with Tibetan bowls, led by another studio practitioner, on request.
One-on-one energy sessions for those who want quiet, focused time rather than a group.

Over seven years the studio built its community around regular events — some of which became among the most recognised on the island.
The studio sits in a lively part of Lamai, a couple of minutes' walk from the main road and the beach.
